Jobot in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Estimator to prepare budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for commercial construction projects under CM at Risk. You will lead quantity takeoffs, develop cost strategies, and coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction estimating, a BS in a related field, and hands-on experience with preconstruction software such as MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, or BIM360.

As an estimator on our team, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Job Details
