Our client, a General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator with commercial construction experience in Roswell, GA.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reading project specifications.
2. Discussing bid strategies, defining subcontractors, and coordinating bid solicitations.
3. Setting up bid summaries and spreadsheets, pricing self-performed and subcontracted work, and improving subcontractor relationships.
4. Tracking Value Analysis items and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator.
• Familiarity with standard construction practices, procedures, and technology.
• Creativity, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Timberline, OST, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience obtaining sub-coverage, self-performance of concrete and carpentry, and training estimators is preferred.
