Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an experienced BVG Estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. You will gather take-off data, compile estimates, and maintain supplier pricing data to support competitive bids.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off and HCSS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with HCSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as alaptop, acell phone, and printers/copiers
• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
• Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

Work Environment

• This role works in an indoor office work environment.
