Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Electrical Estimator to lead high‑level estimation and the bidding process for small to mid‑scale construction projects.

You will prepare and assemble estimates, delegate duties as needed, maintain project history databases, and help develop consistent bid procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency across the estimating team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience estimating electrical construction projects or 5+ years of electrical field experience
• Associate's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Technical Electrical Training Program Completion
• No Travel
