Now Hiring: Entry-Level Construction Estimator (Commercial Projects)

Cedar Park Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team for a commercial project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in the construction industry with a reputable and established company.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and assist with subcontractor bid procurement

• Work collaboratively with project managers and field staff

• Support the preparation of cost estimates using estimating software

Qualifications:

• 2 or 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 2+ years of experience in general construction preferred

• Self-starter with a strong desire to grow professionally

• Experience with computerized estimating programs is a plus
