I’m currently working with a well-established developer and general contractor in the Cincinnati area that is looking to hire an experienced Estimator to support their growing project pipeline. They specialize in impactful urban construction, including multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, and historic renovations.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Estimator to be part of a mission-driven team. You’ll take ownership of the pricing and bid process across a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, value, and financial control during preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family and commercial projects

Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate take-offs

Manage subcontractor outreach and pricing

Support budgeting and design development with internal teams

Participate in bid reviews and value engineering

What They're Looking For:

5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multi-family construction

Strong communication and documentation skills

Comfortable with takeoff and estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Timberline, Procore)

Knowledge of affordable housing or public sector projects is a plus

Proactive and collaborative mindset
