Job summary

ACME Team is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support growth of a family-owned firm that values results and straightforward communication. You will prepare accurate budgets, analyze costs, and develop reliable estimates for residential and commercial projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires reading blueprints and specs, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and managing multiple estimates with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous detail.

Qualifications

• Residential and/or Commercial Construction Estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification documents.
• Experience creating project budgets and tracking costs.
• Strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Capable of managing multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
