Trimble is seeking a Construction ERP Business Advisor to bridge complex technology and field outcomes, focusing on Viewpoint Vista. You will guide contractors through digital transformation, linking business goals with software adoption and value realization.

In a remote-friendly US role, you’ll lead strategic adoption roadmaps, conduct executive reviews, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure long-term success and measurable results.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista ERP.
Experience in client services or technical consulting within construction.
Proven ability to build relationships with General, Heavy Highway, or Specialty Contractors.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as Vista ERP domain expert, architecting product strategies.
Evaluate workflows post-sale and advise adoption strategies.
Lead adoption roadmaps and executive reviews linking customer needs to Trimble product evolution.
Improve value realization practices by capturing and scaling success stories.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support.
