Leppo Rents in Jacksonville is seeking a skilled shop technician to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems on aerial lifts, telehandlers, and other heavy equipment. You’ll read schematics, use diagnostic software, and prioritize PMs to keep our fleet moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• A few years of hands-on experience on heavy equipment, diesel, or similar machines.
• Confidence working through hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting without step-by-step direction.
• Comfort with schematics, service manuals, and laptop diagnostics.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
