Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in Hutto, TX is seeking a Construction Equipment Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a full line of construction equipment. This role reports to the Service Manager and is based in a Service department environment.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, building relationships with customers and vendors, and ensuring work aligns with OEM specifications. Applicants should be able to work overtime and obtain a Class A CDL if needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction equipment repair experience.
• Ability to follow OEM specifications.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on construction equipment.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting for minor and major repairs.
• Read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
• Maintain customer, vendor and factory relationships.
• Work overtime if needed and participate in on-call rotations.
