Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Operator to join our Operations team in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time position designed to support our project sites and equipment operations.

You will be responsible for moving materials safely and assisting with various site tasks alongside our skilled crew. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of operator experience with current certifications, OSHA 10 or higher, and a readiness to work in a dynamic construction environment, including

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with operator certifications.
• OSHA 10 training at minimum; 30 preferred.
• Forklift and fall protection training.
• Ability to read/write and stand for long periods.
