Monarch Paving, based in Amery, Wisconsin, is hiring a Construction Equipment Operator - Asphalt Paving for the May–November season. You will safely operate asphalt paver, screed, rollers, and other road construction equipment under the foreperson's direction.
This full-time seasonal role requires overtime, some Saturdays, and potential local travel. Union benefits including medical, dental, and a pension are provided; CDL may be required in some cases.

Under the direction of the foreperson, paving equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to asphalt paver, paver screed, steel drum roller, rubber tire roller, skid steer, shaping tractor, power broom, and plate tampers.
On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.
This position is a full-time seasonal, working May through November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
