Job summary

Monarch Paving in New Richmond, WI is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator - Asphalt Paving for the May–November season. You will operate multiple paving and compaction machines and contribute to safe, efficient road construction projects.

The role requires 1+ year of equipment operation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays. CDL eligibility may be needed for some roles.

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the foreperson, paving equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to asphalt paver, paver screed, steel drum roller, rubber tire roller, skid steer, shaping tractor, power broom, and plate tampers.

On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.

This position is a full-time seasonal, working May through November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
