Monarch Paving in Amery, Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator - Asphalt Paving for a full-time seasonal role (May through November, weather permitting).
Under the foreperson's direction, you will operate equipment such as asphalt paver, screed, and rollers, maintaining safe, efficient work on highway projects. Some overtime and local travel may be required.

Under the direction of the foreperson, paving equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to asphalt paver, paver screed, steel drum roller, rubber tire roller, skid steer, shaping tractor, power broom, and plate tampers.
On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.
This position is a full-time seasonal, working May through November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
