Job summary

DC Army National Guard is recruiting a Construction Vehicle Repairer to maintain trucks, bulldozers, power shovels, and other heavy equipment used in construction operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot engines and hydraulic systems, and replace worn parts as needed. Training is provided with paid instruction during service and drill weekends.

This role offers structured training, a pathway to civilian careers in maintenance, and opportunities within the National Guard.

Qualifications

Must be eligible for military enlistment.
Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Service drive shafts, brake components, engines, and hydraulic systems.
Repair and replace damaged parts and follow maintenance schedules.
