Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform basic trigonometric calculations, either manually or with a calculator.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design drawings for takeoff and workforce planning for bidding and construction.
• Prepare and distribute documentation such as status reports, punch lists, sketches, and material calculations.
• Provide technical support on materials meeting specifications, delivery dates, and schedules.
• Assist with change orders and estimates by preparing drawings to support estimating and construction work.
• Develop data for quantity take-offs and material pricing to support bids and budgets.
• Maintain records of quantities and materials installed for cost controls.
