• The following relevant Bachelor degrees may be used in lieu of an ABET Engineering Degree: Construction Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or relevant Construction degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs and oversees the construction of new or expanded facilities, preparing architectural, engineering, cost estimates, functional studies, plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Obtains and supervises outside contractors and manages contractor performance across multiple projects.
• Performs project cost estimates, design reviews, and ensures adherence to contractual requirements and design standards.
