BSI is seeking an Associate Safety Consultant in Plain City, Ohio, to support large-scale construction projects through safety evaluations and compliance audits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a strong understanding of OSHA standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,200 to $118,000 annually along with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience required (7 years if no degree).
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Willingness to pursue and obtain advanced safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to large‑scale construction projects by ensuring contract requirements are met.
• Perform construction safety field audits and analyze worker health and safety data.
• Educate stakeholders on EHS requirements and best practices.
