Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction EHS experience required.
• 5+ years supervising or managing EHS professionals.
• OSHA 30 certification within the last 5 years.
• Experience in utility-scale solar or battery energy storage construction EHS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of on-site Construction Safety/EHS Specialists across multiple concurrent energy storage projects.
• Translate EHS Director-level program strategy into standardized site-level execution across all projects.
• Recommend and establish EHS procedures, standards, and audit/training programs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for serious incidents and regulatory issues; report safety performance to EHS Director.
• Coordinate site-specific safety plan requirements with customers, project GCs, and self-perform teams.
