Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience supervising multiple crews and locations involved in drilling and heavy equipment construction.
• Must possess Class A CDL driver license, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Willingness to travel to obtain and manage customers and projects.
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to support job estimates and quantity take-offs as required.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Demonstrated safety performance record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are properly established, communicated, and implemented on the project.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, outages, etc. for work.
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers.
• Support estimating to drive profitable growth of the division.
• Enforce company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Supervise a small crew (1-5) and prioritize tasks.
• Perform project duties including layout, timelines, and paperwork.
