Black & McDonald Limited in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Construction and Drilling Foreman to lead site crews on our Utilities projects. You will ensure safety, coordinate scheduling, and supervise a small crew while aligning with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years supervising drilling and heavy equipment construction, holds a Class A CDL, and can travel as needed. We value teamwork, communication, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience supervising multiple crews and locations in drilling and heavy equipment construction.
• Must possess Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel to manage customers and projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; safety-minded.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a small crew (1–5) on drilling and construction work.
• Ensure safety policies are established, communicated and followed.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, outages, etc.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and support estimating as needed.
• Oversee timesheets and project-related paperwork; conduct toolbox talks.
