Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience supervising multiple crews and locations in drilling and heavy equipment construction.
• Must possess Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel to obtain and manage customers and projects.
• Demonstrated communicator and team player.
• Ability to support job estimates and quantity take-offs as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated safety performance record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety policies are established, communicated, and implemented on the project.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, outages, etc for performance of the work.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Project Managers.
• Support estimating as needed and execute work to support profitable growth of the division.
• Enforce all company health, safety, and environment policies and procedures.
• Supervise a small crew (1-5) and prioritize work accordingly.
• Fulfills all assigned construction duties, including project layout, timelines, and paperwork.
• Interprets and follows plans, material lists and guidelines.
• Oversees timesheets and related project paperwork from subordinate staff.
• Conduct toolbox meetings as required.

The Construction and Drilling Foreman is located in Salt Lake City, UT and typically reports directly to the Division Manager/Superintendent. Primary focus is providing superior leadership and management for the project(s) in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Company. The Construction and DrillingForeman shall foster an environment of cooperation and support to enable employees to perform to their maximum potential.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-4 years of experience supervising multiple crews and locations Involved in drilling and heavy equipment construction.

• Must possess Class A CDL driver license, or the ability to obtain within 90-days of employment.
• Working knowledge of various drilling techniques including rock drilling, slurry methods, temporary and permanent casing, and vibratory methods preferred.
• Ability, and willingness to travel to obtain and manage customers and projects.
• Must be a demonstrated communicator and team player.
• Must possess the ability to support job estimates and quantity take-offs as required.
• Prefer proficient skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bi-lingual communications ability a great plus, English/Spanish.
• Demonstrated safety performance record.
