Job description

We are seeking an experienced, seasoned architect to add to our team who is adept at stick-built construction and permit sets for high-end residential new houses and renovations on Long Island, New York and the NY Tri-State area.

We are a team of 5 who have worked together for a long time and are expanding the practice. We have a waiting list for some wonderful projects and the firm has existed for 25 years. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-end renovations and architectural projects, working on all phases of design development. We are seeking someone who can complete full sets of residential documents independently.

This position is fully remote and flexible in terms of working days.

This position requires the use of Autocad for 2-D only work. Please only apply if you have extensive experience creating permit sets and solid, detailed, and accurate construction drawings.
