We employ seasoned construction professionals who create a strong management team with a long record of integrity. We specialize in managing the construction of educational and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for the documentation and data entry for The School Construction Authority (SCA) Emergency Repair Program.
  • Ensuring invoices are complete, including requisite backup documents.
  • Reviewing Time & Material for accuracy according to SCA guidelines.
  • Coordinating with contractors to assist in completing invoices.
  • Coordinating with team members to process invoices promptly.
  • Learn and utilize various systems such as Citrix General Contractor Utility (GCU), Citrix CM13, and the Labor Law Compliance System (LCMS).

Qualifications:

  • Must have a working knowledge of computer software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivated, able to perform in a dynamic environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant with a construction organization or financial background in construction management OR an associate's degree from an accredited college and 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant with a construction organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year
