The Texas A&M University College Station campus is seeking a Construction Document Control Administrator to coordinate the A/E design review process and oversee document control for capital projects. This role partners with SSC Construction Management groups on campus.

Coordinates and oversees the architectural/engineering (A/E) design review process for capital and facilities projects to ensure compliance with project requirements, design standards, codes, and client guidelines. Manages design review schedules, document control, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance/quality control reviews throughout project development and prior to contractor procurement. Supports process improvement, stakeholder training, A/E procurement activities, and maintenance of project review records and procedures. They will work with SSC Construction Management groups serving the TAMU campus in a collaborative effort with upper management.
