Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a hands-on finance leader to oversee the Construction Division's financial operations in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with the executive team, drive month-end closes, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in accounting/finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executive leadership.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Partner with Project Managers and Engineers on budgets and cost control.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the division.
• Supervise a team of three AP accountants.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify financial strategies aligning with company goals.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
