Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher with ABET-accredited program.
• State licensure as Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Experience in bridge/structural inspection and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering expertise for district bridge and hydraulic structural steel inspection programs.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor expenditures and funding projections.
• Serve as District Bridge Program Manager and coordinate with USACE and regulatory bodies.
• Review planning, design and construction documentation for bridges and HSS features.
• Perform QC reviews and value engineering studies; advise leadership on technical matters.
