Purpose of the Position
Perform manual labor tasks to support construction, demolition, and cleanup activities. The Laborer ensures the efficient and safe completion of assigned duties while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Physical activities: Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier loads.
Performing tasks that require bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Working in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hard hat, safety glass, gloves, steel-toed footwear.
Safety Sensitive: Yes
Travel: 25%
Preferred Skill Set: Previous experience in construction, demolition, or general labor roles is preferred. Ability to operate basic hand tools and follow instructions accurately. Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Basic understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification.
