Job summary

Secretariat is a leading firm providing expert analysis in high-stakes construction projects. The Construction Delay team combines engineers, schedulers, and cost specialists to support litigation, arbitration, and advisory services for major global projects.

We seek seasoned professionals with a background in construction management and delay analysis to supervise engagements, interact with clients, and deliver detailed, data-driven reports that quantify delays, costs, and productivity losses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–8 years experience in construction project management, scheduling, or cost controls.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with construction claims, disputes, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Research and fact-finding to identify key details and metrics for expert reports.
• Detailed data analysis and supervision of staff to develop client deliverables.
• Quantification of delays and damages, analyzing schedules and costs.
• Assist in drafting expert reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
