Job summary

Secretariat Advisors LLC in Boston is seeking a Co-Op Student to join our Construction Delay team for the January–July 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience with project schedules, data analysis, and client-ready deliverables while learning from a team of engineers, schedulers, and consultants.

You'll explore schedules with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, review drawings and reports, and develop clear, concise findings to support complex projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to travel as needed, generally under 15%.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience learning how major construction project schedules are built, updated, and analyzed to uncover delays.
• Work with scheduling tools to explore project timelines and understand progress.
• Analyze large sets of project data to spot trends and explain schedule outcomes.
• Help turn research into clear expert reports and client deliverables.
