Qualifications

• 2–6 years of construction defect defense litigation experience.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission and in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Solid case management and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal work.
