• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction defect defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy and deliver results.
• Draft compelling legal documents and provide clear, strategic advice.
• Take ownership of case management in a supportive team environment.
