You will manage the full lifecycle of complex matters, receive mentorship from partners, and benefit from a hybrid work model balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction defect defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and deliver outstanding results.
• Draft compelling legal documents and provide clear, strategic advice.
• Take ownership of case management while working within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
