As part of our collaborative and well‑established team, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of complex matters while receiving mentorship and professional development from partners with deep experience in construction defect and related litigation. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to balance in‑office collaboration and remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and deliver outstanding results
• Draft compelling legal documents and provide clear, strategic advice
• Take ownership of case management while working within a supportive, team‑oriented environment
