Job summary

Storm Master Gutters seeks a Construction Customer Service Coordinator to link customers, installers, sales, and field ops in New Jersey. You will coordinate communications, document project details, and ensure a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or construction support, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling, project updates, service requests, and customer inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions, job details, and project notes in company systems.
• Coordinate and support day-to-day project communication between customers and field teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Send emails, scan and organize project documents, and assist with customer and contractor web portals.
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

Job description

As a Construction Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutter, you will serve as a key link between our customers, installers, sales team, and field operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction, roofing, gutters, remodeling, home improvement, or contractor services who enjoy working with customers and keeping projects on track.You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and customers throughout the project lifecycle, helping coordinate communication, document project details, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, installers, and internal team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced construction and service environment.

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. The employee must be able to lift light to moderate weights and sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
