Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, gutters, siding, home improvement, restoration, or a related trade preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, project coordination, administrative, or construction support experience.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Description

As a Construction Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutter, you will serve as a key link between our customers, installers, sales team, and field operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction, roofing, gutters, remodeling, home improvement, or contractor services who enjoy working with customers and keeping projects on track.

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and customers throughout the project lifecycle, helping coordinate communication, document project details, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
