• Work across all phases of a job site, taking direction from crew leads and potentially leading in time.

Kesser Construction is hiring for active renovation and development projects across Pittsburgh, PA. Looking for people who can work across multiple trades, not just one lane.

What you'll do:

• Demo, framing, electrical (including lighting), concrete (dig-out, pour, and finish), plumbing, drywall
• Flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work
• Work across all phases of a job site, not siloed into one tradeTake direction from crew leads; experienced tradespeople may take on lead responsibilities over time

What we're looking for:

• Background in one or more of the trades above; the greater the value you bring to the table, the better
• Strong work ethic; shows up on time, works hard, doesn't cut corners
• Great attitude; works well with the crew, takes direction, doesn't need to be managed constantly
• Fast learner if you're light on experience in a given trade; we'll teach you what you don't know

Pay and benefits:

• $19-$28/hr, based on experience and trade skill
• Performance-based bonuses and per-job bonuses
