Outdoor Environments Group, a leader in designing, creating, and constructing outdoor living spaces, is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute landscape construction tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, bed preparation, removal, transplanting, building timber and boulder retaining walls, sod installation, drainage, and site development.
• Assist the Foreman with daily tasks to ensure timely completion of contracted work.
• Maintain attention to detail, keep job sites clean, and support equipment maintenance.
• Perform physical yard and field work, including loading and unloading vehicles.
• Work safely in a team environment to produce high-quality landscapes.
• Work 40-60 hours per week, weather permitting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of construction-related experience, especially with hardscape, landscape, or pool installations is preferred.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and mechanical skills encouraged.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and strive for efficiency.
• Plant identification skills are a plus.
• Understanding of landscape construction and maintenance from previous green industry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as directed.
• Dependability, good work ethics, and a strong construction background are desirable.
• English communication skills are helpful but not required.
