Wick Buildings is hiring Construction Crew Members for Hamilton, Missouri, and nearby areas. This full-time role involves hands-on work outdoors, operating basic tools, and collaborating with a safety-minded crew to build and repair structural components.

Full Time Hamilton, MO, US

Salary Range: $20.00 To $28.00 Hourly

About the Role:

Wick Buildings is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Crew Members to join our team in the Odessa, Marshall, and Hamilton, Missouriareas. If you are comfortable with tools, safety, and teamwork, we may have an opportunity for you.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Valid work authorization for the job location.
• Strong commitment to following OSHA-approved and Wick-approved safety standards and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related manual labor roles.
• Certification in OSHA safety training or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to operate basic construction machinery or power tools.
• experience with Post Frame construction
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
