Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District in Danvers, MA seeks a Construction Crafts Laborer Teacher to join our team. You will deliver instruction aligned with Massachusetts Vocational-Technical Frameworks and guide students across relevant construction trades.

The position requires a DESE licensure in the career area, SAFIS/CORI/SORI clearance, and OSHA-related certifications within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed or licensable by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a Construction Crafts Laborer Teacher.
• Satisfactory SAFIS, CORI and SORI required.
• Construction OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred, but required within three years of employment.
• OSHA Train-the-Trainer certification preferred, but required within five years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Map each grade curriculum to the State Frameworks.
• Provide instruction in the content in accordance with the Massachusetts Vocational-Technical Frameworks.
• Enforce all OSHA safety regulations within the career education setting.
• Instruct students in the field when participating in outside projects.
• Document student performance, student behavior, and student achievement within the career education setting.
• Integrate technology into the curriculum.
