Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers in performing duties.
• Work in other crafts as training and supervision allow.
• Take direction from foreman or higher skilled workers.
• Learn safety hazards related to the work.
• Safely use or operate related tools and equipment.
• Look for opportunities to improve methods and learn from others.
• Maintain positive relationships within the crew.
• Produce high-quality work safely and efficiently.
• Provide feedback to ensure availability of materials and tools.
