Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a hands-on helper to support skilled craft workers on construction projects. You will assist in multiple crafts as needed, under supervision, and learn proper safety practices and use of tools.

A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, accuracy, and timely task completion. Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, good communication, and a proactive attitude to learn from experienced tradespeople.

Qualifications

• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to recognize and follow safety practices on site.
• Good communication with supervisor and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers in performing duties.
• Learn to work in other crafts as directed by supervision.
• Communicate effectively and ask for guidance when needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and proper use of PPE.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
