Job summary

Ventana, part of the Clayco family, seeks a Schedule Manager to lead development, maintenance, analysis, and communication of project schedules across small to large construction projects nationwide.

You will partner with Project Managers, Directors, Operations, field teams, and Executive Leadership to ensure milestones are defined, actively managed, and achieved, owning schedule strategy from pursuit through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive construction industry experience with emphasis on scheduling.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling: development, updates, analysis, forecasting, and impact evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, sequencing, lead times, and execution.
• Collaborates with PMs, operations, field leadership, and executives to keep schedules executable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting data, risks, and recovery strategies to stakeholders.
• Experience with specialty subcontractors and facade-related projects.
• Familiarity with production tracking, progress measurement, and milestone reporting.
• Experience supporting time impact analyses, change management, and delay documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scheduling partner to PMs, Directors, and Operations Leadership.
• Drive milestone accountability across a project portfolio.
• Coordinate internal/external schedule reporting via data analysis and communication.
• Support planning with milestone compliance, look-ahead planning, and critical-path analysis.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Proactively communicate risks and recovery strategies to clients and teams.
