PC Construction seeks a Cost Engineer to join our Project Controls Department in Charlotte, NC. You will support project cost systems, budgeting, forecasting and change management while collaborating with accounting.

A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of construction project administration experience are required. The role offers stock ownership and a profit-sharing bonus as part of an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience managing administrative activities on a construction project.
• Strong interest/understanding of construction contracting, budgeting, forecasting and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support and train project teams in all job cost systems.
• Contracts and Change Management
• Project Budgets and Cost Management
• Monthly Project Forecasting (estimate to complete)
• Job Billing
• Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
• Systems Improvement - monitor and continuously improve cost management processes and procedures
• Develop and deliver training to support the company’s best practices and procedures
