Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation for infrastructure projects including civil/structural elements.
• Knowledge of change order processes, pricing evaluation, and contract modifications.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with estimating platforms (RSMeans-based) and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data-accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
• Review, analyze, and process change orders, evaluating scope and pricing impacts.
• Update cost databases and support bid proposals.
• Track budget performance and prepare cost reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with field teams, PMs, and clients to validate quantities and site conditions.
• Ensure cost and change management processes comply with standards and contracts.
