Responsibilities

• Review and develop pay applications in accordance with upstream contractual requirements with accounting and project operations.
• Audit accounts payable invoices related to project pay applications and verify material invoices and purchase orders.
• Audit payroll data for pay applications and interpret certified payroll reports and related obligations.
• Ensure all time reporting is complete and approved by managers and processed correctly.
• Prepare and customize Excel reports and data feeds for rollup workbooks.
• Develop timely, accurate project pay applications and protect payroll information.
• Meet overtime demands when necessary to hit deadlines.
