Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of cost accounting experience in construction.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with payroll and certified payroll.
• Advanced Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly billings based on information from Project Management teams.
• Generate client invoices in AIA, RSH, or client formats.
• Submit invoices to clients or via client portals.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable files and documentation.
• Enter payroll data and process weekly union payroll.
• Review pay applications per upstream contractual requirements and contracts.
