Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Experience in heavy/civil construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMIC & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and analyzes data for payroll, equipment, subcontracts, materials, and overheads.
• Forecasts revenue, margin, and cash flow for construction projects.
• Prepares P&L statements and accounting reports.
• Posts journal entries and assists monthly close of the general ledger.
• Interprets the meaning of accounting and financial documents.
• Documents transactions and summarizes information.
• Maintains procedural documentation and data accuracy.
• Supports audits and ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
