Job Description

Supports construction project execution in Texas, working closely with project managers and field staff. Responsible for administrative tasks such as contract management, compliance, scheduling, documentation, inventory, and GPS tracking. Field-based role with potential travel within Texas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction, or project management
• 3+ years industry experience in engineering, construction, or electric power/communications
• Skills in project scheduling, reporting, and administration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction administration and project support
• Facilitate understanding of contract terms among project staff and contractors
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and project reports
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and inventory tracking
• Support onboarding and document processing
• Implement GPS tracking and other project tools
