Palm Beach State College is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards are met. You will coordinate personnel, equipment, and contractors, and report progress to project management and facilities planning.
The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years supervising construction.

Responsible for coordination of new construction and remodeling in accordance with project specifications. Ensures project budget, schedules, safety standards, and quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Coordinates scheduling of personnel, equipment, contractors, and resources and provides communication and reporting to project management and facilities planning regarding progress and conflicts.
